Peppertree Hill Group is a premium accommodation provider in Mudgee. Our properties comprise of: Perry Street Hotel - a boutique luxury self-contained apartment hotel. With 13 stunning suites complete with thoughful extras, it is sure to delight even the most discerning corporate or leisure traveller.

Peppertree Hill - luxury farm accommodation. A place to escape your every day and take time to relax and unwind. Our cottages are located in the heart of Mudgee's best wineries on private farmland, a short drive from Mudgee CBD. Our cottages are styled with warmth and character and are perfect for couples, families, and large groups of family, friends or wedding parties.

Peppertree Terraces - executive serviced apartments. Our serviced apartments are perfectly situated in Mudgee CBD making our guests instantly accessible to restuarants, cafes, bars and shops. We offer 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments - they are all styled with our signature luxuries to suit couples, families or corporate guests.

Our properties are available for short stays or long term rentals.

Peppertree Terraces Executive Serviced Apartments is the newest addition to Peppertree Hill Group’s accommodation cluster in Mudgee. Our serviced apartments are perfectly situated in Mudgee CBD making our guests instantly accessible to Mudgee’s diverse selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, wineries and pubs.

We offer 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom furnished apartments which are spacious and family friendly. They are styled with luxury to suit couples, families or corporate guests. All apartments have a full kitchen, separate lounge room and off street undercover parking. The 2 bedroom apartments feature an open balcony looking out to the gorgeous skyline of the Mudgee region. PAYMENT POLICY

• Credit card details are required to create all bookings.
• Credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.
• Accommodation & any minibar consumption costs will be processed on check out with credit card details supplied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• As a boutique property, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore we must have specific cancellation policies in place.
• If you cancel or amend your booking outside of 14 days prior to check in you will be charged a 10% administration fee.
• 50% of accommodation costs will be charged in the event of amendment or cancellation within 14 days of check in date.
• 100% of accommodation costs will be charged in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of check in time or of no show.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Weekends are a 2 night minimum stay. We try to accommodate 1 night stays where possible. ALL 1 night stays attract a MINIMUM $75 linen charge.
• NSW public holidays are a minimum 3 night stay.
• As a boutique property, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore we must have specific cancellation policies in place.
• If you cancel or amend your booking outside of 14 days prior to check in you will be charged a 10% administration fee.
• 50% of accommodation costs will be charged in the event of amendment or cancellation within 14 days of check in date.
• 100% of accommodation costs will be charged in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of check in time or of no show.
• All accommodation is strictly Non-Smoking.
• If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be charged & up to $1500 if the fire brigade is called out in response to alarms being triggered.
• Guests are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of Property and any part of it during your stay. Management may recover from you repair or replacement costs (at Management's discretion).
• Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay, extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
• Before departure, your property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
• BBQ must be cleaned after use – If used BBQ is left uncleaned, a minimum cleaning fee of $60 will be charged to guest’s credit card details.
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge as outlined in the Compendium located in your cottage.
